How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Real Estate Sales Representative aka: Realtor?
Where to start!  To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment in my life, that brought me to where I am today – Living and Breathing Everything Real Estate - working with incredible people like you every single day to buy and / or sell their home. Some people fear the negotiation, but not me I get a thrill out of getting my clients the best value … sales & negotiating, having fun and putting cash in my clients jeans.
That defining moment in my life happened in 2015. My daughter Lila was born and for the first time I stopped working and my priorities changed. I realized how it is equally important for me to love who I work for and what I do for them. So I get to choose every day to work for my amazing clients doing what I am great at.
But before this I was in Advertising and Media, and the industry while a lot of fun, didn’t align with my values. Trust, family, growth and transparency are ideals that were not in place and those are non-negotiable standards for me. This is exactly where I am now. I want to connect with people on a more personal level. I had been through many emotional real estate transactions in my life and knew I could provide next level services to my clients, and help my clients knowing they have someone they trust in their corner and who will be with them every step of the way in reaching their lifestyle goals.
Today I am proud to call Royal LePage Real Estate Services my home brokerage. I am building a business in service of my wonderful clients and their friends and family. It’s a honor to have my clients trust and confidence and I take that privilege very seriously.
I’ve worked with many clients: I live my dream of raising my family with my husband and building loyal and strong relationships with my clients; and I have created “REAL TALK REAL ESTATE SYSTEM”, because I’m tired of people being held in the dark about the buying and selling process, overwhelmed and not knowing who and what to trust.  Working with me, I take my clients through a signature system, that is a series of steps to maximize financial reward and minimize effort and stress.

What makes you different from other “realtors”?
Although we will touch upon typical real estate market updates and mortgage rates, you also have me as a full service real estate expert, negotiator, project manager and consultant. What that means to you is that you get a dedicated partner with you. I’m very disciplined, consistent, empathetic and I don’t pretend to hide it either. I instinctively can read peoples body language and emotions and this results in true understanding of my client’s needs and successful negotiating on behalf of my clients.  
With over 16 years of Marketing and Advertising experience before joining the real estate industry, I am uniquely positioned to understand the importance of approaching real estate decisions from a business and marketing point of view while maintaining the goals and needs and dreams of my clients as top priority.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?  
When you work with me, you can trust that I will shoot you straight.  I work best with people that are into direct communication, transparency and honesty.  You’ll always know where I stand, and always know I will stand for you!!  My process of buying and selling a home is created for people who are absolutely excited and dead serious about building wealth through real estate and living their dream life in their dream home– it means not running around all day long, stressing about the process of buying or selling: “How will I ever get ready to sell this place?” OR “I will never find the perfect home for my family!”.  Put your trust into me, I have the process to get crystal clear on what you want, so that we can get results fast.
Being a family focused entrepreneur myself, I’m known to work best with other dedicated men and women, people who are committed to their success no matter what, who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take. My clients often tell me – “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it!”. But we are a team. For what type of clients is your systems NOT going to work?
Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t well suited. Most importantly we need to be on the same page. I bring a lot of value to my clients and if you do not see the value of a real estate agent we are not well suited to work together. My standards are high. We must both trust each other and we must both be transparent and honest with each other. This is the right thing to do, and it’s what separates me from other Realtors out there.  It’s important that we’re on the same page and work as a team.

How quickly can I expect results?
That depends on how quickly you can make commit to the plan. Some clients are ready to go and sell their home or find their new home in a very short time frame, sometimes even a few days while others have a bit more work to do first. It also depends on the market conditions, the condition of the home for sale and budget and flexibility of home buyers.

How can I guarantee myself that I will get more value for my home when selling or find the perfect home at the right price, in record time?
Do all your homework and research. Be totally committed to success. Understand that this is a process, a proven one, that works if you take action and implement all of the steps.
